1965 Harley Scat Puckett Power Race Bike 175cc
This bike is like BRAND NEW !! It was built with the following: NOS Puckett
2 plug head and cooling fins on cylinder , NOS crankcase stuffer. Heavy Duty
7 spring Puckett clutch, NOS Mikuni carb, and air filter, Special Puckett
racing magneto ignition, new Puckett design exhaust, NOS tires. Like NOS
true Scat seat. Tank and NOS rear fender powder coated metal flake orange,
"Puckett Power" graphics on tank. Frame and front end powder coated in
chameleon from dark green to bronze to orange with tons of metal flake in it
as well. Over $1K in the finishes and over $1.5K in the engine work alone.
This bike was brought to the Davenport meet several years ago and
ran around the track for a shake down and to break it in. So only has a few
miles on the engine. This bike has ALL the best known NOS racing parts and
with some fine tuning and drive sprocket and rear sprocket adjusting there
is no reason this bike couldn't be a winner! I did find the "spring arm"
rear suspension to be to bouncy on the rough dirt track so have installed
solid rods inside the springs.easily removable if you wish. You will need to
put a few more miles on it and fine tune it for your particular racing
style. I have the carb set for my altitude and so will need to be adjusted

Harley Sprint Racer:
This bike was Kenny Pressgroves novice bike before he rode factory for BSA. He was killed in 1970 at Louisville on the 1/2 mile, the bike has
been restored frame up. Motor is new, the one pic is his brother Paul
Pressgrove standing with the bike, I want 14500.00 for the bike this is one
of the few sprints that have history with a factory rider!
